Assured Data Protection partners with KHIPU Networks for SMEs

Assured Data Protection and KHIPU Networks have announced a partnership to provide enterprise-grade disaster recovery and data protection services to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the UK and South Africa. This collaboration will enable KHIPU Networks to offer Rubrik's data protection platform as a managed service through Assured Data Protection's secondary site data replication infrastructure. The partnership aims to deliver resilient cyber security managed services to customers in various sectors, including education, retail, transport, logistics, and entertainment.

An early pilot project that served as the foundation of this partnership is already delivering benefits for Bridgend College, a further education institution in Wales. Due to a limited IT budget, Bridgend College faced challenges in enhancing its cyber resilience. However, through the collaboration between Assured and KHIPU Networks, the college implemented a cost-effective managed service solution offering superior ransomware protection and second-site replication for disaster recovery.
