Tue, 27th Jan 2026

Forward Edge-AI has appointed Alan R. Seid as Vice President of International Sales as the quantum cybersecurity company targets growth outside its home market.

Seid takes responsibility for international sales strategy and for partnership development in regions that include the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia and Europe. The company said his remit covers government, defence-adjacent organisations and operators of critical infrastructure.

Forward Edge-AI positions its offering around quantum-resilient cybersecurity. It sells into national security, public safety and public-sector markets, according to the company.

New sales lead

Seid has held elected office in Palau and has worked on regional initiatives across the Pacific and Asia. The company said he served in Palau's House of Delegates from 1989 to 2000 and later served in the Senate of Palau. It also cited his role as President of the Asia Pacific Parliamentary Union.

Forward Edge-AI said Seid has worked on infrastructure and technology programmes after his legislative career. It described activity in digital finance and technology initiatives across the Pacific and Asia.

The company also pointed to work linked to digital financial systems and blockchain adoption. It said he has advised on sustainable development and climate resilience programmes with regional and international stakeholders.

Forward Edge-AI made the appointment as governments and critical infrastructure operators review cyber risk. Many organisations have also started to assess how developments in quantum computing could affect encryption and long-term security planning.

Priority regions

Forward Edge-AI said Seid will oversee market entry efforts in its priority regions. It highlighted the Pacific Islands, Southeast Asia and Europe. It did not disclose revenue targets or provide hiring figures tied to the expansion effort.

The company said Seid will lead global market strategy. It also said he will focus on strategic partnerships. It did not name partner organisations or specific government programmes linked to the new role.

Forward Edge-AI also described its technology focus as quantum-resistant. It said it develops AI-driven cybersecurity solutions for defence, government and critical infrastructure.

Product focus

The company said its flagship product is called Isidore Quantum?. It described the product as combining post-quantum encryption, AI-enabled resilience and software-defined network control. The company said the product addresses digital threats.

Forward Edge-AI did not provide deployment details for the product or the number of customers using it. It also did not disclose pricing, channel strategy or the proportion of sales expected to come from each region.

The company said Seid's background includes international negotiation and technology-driven economic development. It also pointed to relationships with senior government and business leaders across the Asia-Pacific region.

Seid commented on the appointment and the security environment.

"It is an honor to join Forward Edge-AI at a moment when trusted, resilient cybersecurity matters more than ever," said Seid. "The company's mission and technology are aligned with the real security needs facing governments and societies worldwide."

Eric Adolphe, CEO of Forward Edge-AI, also commented on the hire.

"Alan brings rare credibility at the intersection of government, technology, and international commerce," said Eric Adolphe, CEO, Forward Edge-AI. "His experience and relationships will directly support our international growth with partners who share our mission."

Forward Edge-AI said Seid will manage partnership and market entry work in the named regions as part of its international sales plan.
