Gallagher Security honours achievements at partner awards

Yesterday

Gallagher Security has recognised the efforts and achievements of its UK and European Channel Partners at its annual Channel Partner Awards.

The event took place at Gallagher Security's UK Headquarters in Warwick on 4 December. It coincided with the conclusion of the 2024 Channel Partner Conference and was designed to honour industry professionals who have demonstrated excellence and a commitment to exceeding expectations.

Among those present at this year's conference and awards ceremony was Mark Junge, Chief Executive Officer of Gallagher Security, who was joined by both the Gallagher UK and European teams.

Awards were presented in various categories, including Best Channel Partner, Best New Channel Partner, Gallagher Champion, System Install of the Year, Gallagher Operations Champion, and the Matt Page Award. The Matt Page Award, a rebranded version of the Gallagher Engineer of the Year award, commemorates the memory of a former colleague, Matt Page.

Spencer Marshall, Executive Vice President for Gallagher Security in the UK and Europe, said, "The security industry is built on partnerships, and one of the greatest investments we can make as a company is in our people. This year's awards are a true celebration of what can be achieved when we work together, and I'd like to congratulate all our award winners, and thank those who have made this event a true success."

Securewais was named Best Channel Partner, while Nortek took home the accolade for Best New Channel Partner. Gallagher Champion awards were presented to Mark Souter from Mitie and Trevor Hearn from Phoenix. The Matt Page Award was awarded to John Goy from BT.

The System Install of the Year award was granted to Core Security for the first global Apple Employee Badge deployment from Gallagher Security. Tony Lewis from Frocester was named Gallagher Operations Champion.

Concluding the awards ceremony, Spencer Marshall added, "It's an exciting time for our industry; among a shifting landscape we are poised to think differently and continue our pursuit to relentlessly innovate to meet the current and emerging demands of security. With the support of our Channel Partner network, we are in a strong position to meet the challenges of tomorrow."
