Gallagher Security Integrate event unites industry for innovation

Mon, 17th Nov 2025

Gallagher Security has hosted its annual Integrate event at its European headquarters in Warwick, bringing together end users, consultants, and technology partners from across Europe. The event focused on exploring advancements in security technology and promoting industry collaboration.

Industry collaboration

Representatives from nine technology partners, including Advancis Software & Services, Aperio Intelligence, Detection Technologies, Halo Smart Sensor, Milestone Systems, Sharry, Suprema, Thinking Software, and Zenitel, took part in the event. Attendees engaged with live demonstrations, immersive pods, and a dynamic demo wall, all aimed at highlighting the integration and interoperability of various security solutions.

The event provided opportunities for direct engagement between customers, consultants, and technology partners. This setup allowed participants to experience integrated security systems in practical, real-world scenarios.

Expert sessions

Keynote presentations from senior Gallagher Security executives and partners examined current trends and challenges facing the industry. Ewan Duncan, Nick Watson, and Mark Scoular led discussions on the evolving security landscape, with a particular focus on how collaboration drives value for organisations and their staff.

"Integrate is about more than showcasing technology, it's about coming together as an industry to share ideas, challenge assumptions, and strengthen partnerships that move us all forward," said Spencer Marshall, Executive Vice President - Europe, Gallagher Security.

Live demonstrations

Live demonstrations formed a central part of the event. Solution pods and sessions in Gallagher's Command Centre illustrated practical applications of technology integration. These hands-on experiences allowed attendees to explore system features and ask technical questions directly to experts from both Gallagher and its technology partners.

Participants reported that the ability to hold one-to-one conversations with specialists was a key benefit. Many cited this direct engagement as crucial for understanding the potential of integrated solutions within their own organisations.

Ongoing partnerships

The focus on partnership and interoperability reflected Gallagher Security's wider commitment to supporting customers with comprehensive, flexible solutions. Partners used the platform to demonstrate new integrations and discuss upcoming developments, emphasising the importance of aligned approaches within the industry.

"The energy and enthusiasm at this year's Integrate were palpable. You could feel the passion in every conversation, from End Users discovering new possibilities to our partners demonstrating what true integration looks like in action. It's proof that when great minds come together, innovation follows," said Marshall.

Security outcomes

The event reinforced Gallagher Security's view that collaboration amongst industry stakeholders is central to improving security outcomes. Both technical specialists and end users noted the value in sharing insights and working together to address evolving threats and operational requirements.

Integrate continues to offer a forum where consultants, customers, and technology partners can shape the future of security practices through direct connection and shared learning.
