SYTECH unveils year-long cyber plan for business security
SYTECH has launched a Continual Cyber Assurance (CCA) programme aimed at providing ongoing cyber security protection and compliance for businesses.
The new CCA service is structured as a year-long programme designed to help organisations defend against a range of cyber threats while reducing the requirement for in-house cyber security expertise. Participating businesses will have direct access to SYTECH's cyber security team to deliver services including security testing, ongoing monitoring, reporting, and advisory support over a twelve-month period.
The CCA programme is intended to address both widespread and advanced forms of cybercrime. It incorporates quarterly and bi-annual ethical hacking exercises, continuous monitoring and cyber surveillance, dark web intelligence gathering, and vulnerability assessments for both internal and external threats. These components are designed to identify and mitigate weaknesses before cyberattacks can occur.
In addition to threat detection and monitoring, the CCA scheme provides support for compliance with industry standards. This includes expertise in Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, as well as comprehensive guidance for organisations seeking to achieve or maintain ISO 27001 certification. Services under this programme extend to assisting with certification processes, audit preparation, document review, and providing advisory recommendations.
According to SYTECH, the launch of the CCA programme establishes a new industry benchmark for businesses seeking comprehensive and accessible cyber security support. The offering is aimed at enabling companies to focus on their core operations, secure in the knowledge that cyber risks are being continuously managed by a specialised team with decades of experience in digital forensics and cybersecurity.
We recognise the growing threat cybercrime poses to businesses, and our latest offering is designed to meet that challenge. Our new Continual Cyber Assurance programme not only helps to protect against every aspect of cybercrime, it also provides a straightforward path to accessible cybersecurity and achieving or maintaining ISO 27001 certification – all without the need for in-house expertise.
This statement was made by Mark Wilshaw, Cyber Security Services Manager at SYTECH, emphasising both the challenge posed by cybercrime and the intent behind the new service.
