Barracuda Networks, a leading provider of cloud-first security solutions, has announced the appointment of Nell ODonnell as its new Chief Legal Officer and Kim Mota as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. Both executives bring years of leadership experience and a proven record in fostering business growth and expansion.
Nell ODonnell, assuming the role of Chief Legal Officer, comes with an extensive background in cloud technology and data security. Her most recent role was SVP, Chief Legal Officer at ServiceMax (acquired by PTC), and she has also served as SVP, General Counsel for technological giants McAfee and Brocade.
Kim Mota, the incoming Chief Human Resources Officer, brings comprehensive experience in human resources leadership, especially in managing global teams across multi-site business environments of diverse scales. Prior to Barracuda, Mota played a fundamental role in leading the worldwide Human Resources function at Integrated Device Technology (acquired by Renesas Electronics Corporation). She has also held HR leadership roles at Poly (acquired by HP).
As Barracuda continues its rapid growth in business and people teams, the addition of these leaders to the executive team contributes greatly to the company's vision and commitment.
