Exabeam appoints Kiley LePage as Chief Legal Officer

Exabeam has appointed Kiley LePage as Chief Legal Officer.

Kiley LePage brings nearly three decades of experience in the technology sector to her new role. She is tasked with overseeing all legal matters for Exabeam, joining the executive leadership team and providing counsel aimed at supporting the company's expansion through partnerships and business development.

Mike Byron, Chief Financial Officer at Exabeam, commented on the appointment. "Kiley's proven track record of building process and scale in a global environment, combined with her ability to foster strong, cross-functional partnerships, particularly across go-to-market organizations, makes her an exceptional addition to the team," said Byron. "Her strategic mindset, operational expertise, and commitment to collaboration will play a critical role in driving the next phase of growth and long-term success for Exabeam."

LePage brings expertise in litigation, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and employment law. Before joining Exabeam, she was general counsel and secretary at Compuware Corporation. In her new capacity, she will provide legal and business advice to the board and executive team, while leading the company's overall legal strategy.

Her remit will involve close cooperation with teams across finance, operations, sales, human resources, and technology to maintain legal compliance, manage risk and support plans for sustainable growth.
