Exclusive Networks launches XPS to improve partner cash flow

Fri, 25th Oct 2024

Exclusive Networks has launched XPS, an invoicing and payment solutions service aimed at addressing cash flow challenges and budgetary constraints faced by channel partners in the EMEA region.

The service, XPS, is designed to allow partners to provide structured and deferred payment terms to their customers without the need for additional contracts or paperwork, while maintaining vendor supply conditions. This comes in response to the current economic environment where end users are looking for financial certainty through multi-year agreements but face capital constraints hindering upfront investments.

By utilising XPS, partners can assist customers in overcoming obstacles like CFO concerns, complicated negotiations, restricted cash reserves, and fluctuating market conditions. The solution also supports partners in maintaining their business revenue and liquidity without relying on external financing or third-party documentation.

Paul Eccleston, SVP EMEA at Exclusive Networks, stated, "We believe that no organisation should have to compromise on cybersecurity investments because of financial security constraints. XPS allows partners to reframe the conversation with customers around financial concerns with a commercial proposition that is less reliant on discount and more strategically aligned to their long-term cybersecurity needs and economic challenges. In short, XPS is an antidote to indecision and a catalyst for renewed growth, giving partners a new competitive edge."

Eccleston further noted, "XPS has been uniquely designed with partners, for partners. We have long championed collaboration to overcome challenges, drive innovation and achieve mutual success. We remain committed to empowering our partners with innovative solutions that drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate financial constraints, ensuring sustained success in an ever-evolving economic and cybersecurity landscape."

The XPS service has been piloted in the UK market since December 2023, involving over 60 partners and 30 vendors, resulting in significant business revenue that may otherwise have been unattainable. Following this pilot's success, XPS is now available across Western Europe.

The primary benefits of XPS include simplified negotiations, the elimination of third-party or finance agreements, improved deal closure rates, enhanced customer satisfaction, increased revenue and profitability, and a competitive edge in providing a unique service.
