Integrity360 partners with Darktrace to enhance MDR offerings
Integrity360 has entered into a partnership with Darktrace to integrate Darktrace's IT and Operational Technology (OT) security services into Integrity360's Managed Detection and Response (MDR) offerings. This collaboration will see Integrity360 operate as a reseller for the entire suite of Darktrace solutions. Initially, Darktrace's DETECT and RESPOND Network services will become components of Integrity360's MDR services.
Under the agreement, Integrity360 will provide the full Darktrace ActiveAI Security Platform, including its AI-driven solutions PREVENT, DETECT, RESPOND, and HEAL. Specifically, the DETECT and RESPOND Network services will be embedded into Integrity360's MDR service tiers, with plans to incorporate Darktrace's OT offerings later this year.
Darktrace's DETECT feature is a Network Detection and Response (NDR) solution which aggregates data from proprietary hardware, virtual sensors, and various endpoint security solutions. Its effectiveness is enhanced by Darktrace's Self-Learning AI engine, utilising multiple AI techniques including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, Bayesian probabilistic methods, and various behavioural models.
RESPOND, on the other hand, is an automated solution that can autonomously act to disrupt attacks as they occur. Together, DETECT and RESPOND provide continuous monitoring and automatic intervention to counteract potential threats.
Brian Martin, Director of Product Management at Integrity360, elaborated on the service structure saying, "The Darktrace technologies will be offered across three incrementally advanced managed service tiers: Managed Platform, Managed Threat Detection, and Managed Detection and Response. Each tier builds upon the previous, ranging from basic monitoring and alert forwarding to full-scale incident response and threat intelligence reporting."
The deployment involves a comprehensive assessment of an organisation's architecture, after which Darktrace sensors are strategically placed across the network. The data collected by these sensors is fed into Darktrace's analytics engine, where advanced behavioural modelling techniques are applied. Subsequently, the telemetry data is analysed in a SOAR environment, with alerts directed to Integrity360's Security Operations Centre (SOC). The SOC team, utilising Darktrace's Threat Visualizer console, provides guidance on incident management and ensures compliance with various regulatory standards.
Integrity360's MDR service is designed to provide end-to-end security monitoring, catering to the diverse needs of organisations big and small. "Security teams are struggling to monitor increasingly complex environments and adhere to compliance frameworks amid the noise of alerts. NDR can facilitate rapid detection across these networks, giving real-time visibility into attack paths associated with ransomware, supply chain attacks, crypto-mining, and insider threats," said Brian Martin. He added, "But organisations don't necessarily know what to do with that telemetry. That's where MDR comes in, providing that extra service layer over the technology to meet investigative and compliance demands. It's a value-add that turns a useful solution into an indispensable one."
The key markets identified for the DETECT and RESPOND services include large enterprises, critical national infrastructure, highly regulated sectors, and organisations holding high-value or sensitive data.
Eloina Pesce, Vice President of Channel for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at Darktrace, remarked on the partnership, "We are thrilled to partner with Integrity360, to help strengthen their MDR offering and expand the protection Integrity360 offers. Darktrace's Self-Learning AI Engine, combined with Integrity360's deep cybersecurity expertise and support services, can provide vital, proactive defence to customers no matter how complex their environment. We look forward to extending our partnership."
