KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training software has retained its top ranking in the G2 Grid Fall 2025 Report, with the PhishER platform also recognised as the leader in Incident Response.
Consistent recognition
According to the G2 Grid Fall 2025 Report, KnowBe4's Security Awareness Training (SAT) product maintained its number one status for the sixth consecutive year. The company's PhishER solution was similarly noted as the industry leader for the fourth year running in the Incident Response category.
The G2 Grid Report evaluates Security Awareness Training and Incident Response providers by analysing user reviews, customer satisfaction, popularity, and market presence. In this year's assessments, KnowBe4's SAT and PhishER achieved G2 scores of 95 and 91, respectively. KnowBe4 was the sole vendor to receive scores in the 90s across both categories, further distinguishing its standing in the sector.
User experience and ratings
This continued recognition is underpinned by customer feedback, with KnowBe4's SAT accumulating 2,153 user reviews. Data from the report cited that 98% of users rated the SAT solution as either four or five stars and that 93% would recommend it to others. The SAT offering was also listed as having the largest market presence in its category, following over six years holding the number one SAT Platform spot on G2.
In the Incident Response category, PhishER was the top-ranked product according to 418 customer reviews and demonstrated the highest user satisfaction score of any other product in that segment. The solution was recognised with several accolades within the G2 framework, including "Best Results," "Best Usability," and "Best Relationship." Of the PhishER user base, 97% assigned a four- or five-star rating.
