Syrenis appoints Adam Binks as new Chief Executive Officer

Syrenis has announced the appointment of Adam Binks as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Adam Binks joins Syrenis after serving as CEO at SysGroup, where he became known as the youngest Chief Executive on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market. During his tenure at SysGroup, Binks led the company through significant growth, including several strategic acquisitions and consistent EBITDA growth, ultimately tripling the company's size.

Syrenis, which is headquartered at Sci-Tech Daresbury, develops the Cassie platform that caters to a host of leading global brands, including those listed on the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500. The Cassie platform supports businesses by providing a solution to manage customer consent and preferences, transforming customer insights into increased sales and ancillary revenue streams.

The consent management and data privacy market is expanding swiftly due to regulatory demands for organisations to obtain customer consent for data usage. Since its launch in 2018, Syrenis has become a prominent figure in this field, managing over 1.2 billion customer records. Recognised by Gartner as a leader in the industry, Syrenis is expected to continue its global expansion under Binks' leadership.

Adam Binks succeeded Glenn Jackson, who stepped down after six years as CEO, culminating a period during which Syrenis strengthened its reputation in the consent and preference management industry. Jackson has chosen to retire.
