Caroline O'Connor joins Zayo Europe as Chief Legal Officer

Zayo Europe has appointed Caroline O'Connor as Chief Legal Officer, a role in which she will manage all legal operations across the company.

Caroline O'Connor joins the Executive Committee of Zayo Europe as it continues to grow as an independent company. With this new role, she will oversee a range of responsibilities including compliance, risk management, and corporate governance, crucial in supporting Zayo Europe's strategic goals.

Before taking on this new role, O'Connor had accumulated substantial experience in legal leadership positions across various technology and telecommunications companies. Her previous roles include leadership positions at Rackspace Technology, GoCardless, Tractable, and BT. Most recently, she served as Chief Legal Officer at Six Degrees, where her responsibilities encompassed legal, risk, and compliance within the managed services provider sector.
