Evolution named Gallagher’s top channel partner for 2025
Gallagher Security has named Evolution as Outstanding Channel Partner of the Year at its 2025 Channel Partner Conference & Awards in Warwick.
The security technology company brought partners from across Europe to its Warwick hub for a day of workshops, briefings, and networking. The event focused on collaboration across its regional channel network.
This year's conference ran under the theme "Connect. Collaborate. Inspire." The agenda included rotating workshop sessions with Gallagher specialists. Attendees saw demonstrations of new solutions and discussed upcoming projects.
Gallagher Group Chief Executive Kahl Betham took part in a fireside chat. He discussed the company's recent momentum and the role of partners in its growth plans.
Keynote speaker Mark Scoular led a session titled "Protective Security & Multi-Agency Preparedness - the Practical Implications." He examined how evolving threats influence practical security planning.
The conference closed with a medieval-themed awards ceremony. The evening recognised partners and individuals from across the channel for their contribution over the past year.
The awards highlighted work across high security projects, product innovation, operations, and long service. The company said the partner ecosystem remained central to its strategy in Europe and beyond.
Bethan Thompson, Marketing Manager - Europe, described the event as a high point in the company's calendar.
"This event is all about putting the spotlight on our Channel Partners and teams who bring our solutions to life every single day. Tonight, we celebrated not only the achievements of the past year, but the strength, dedication, and community that underpin our shared success," said Thompson, Marketing Manager - Europe, Gallagher Security.
Evolution took the top award as Outstanding Channel Partner of the Year. The award recognised the company's performance across projects and its engagement with Gallagher's portfolio.
Technical Services Provider (TSP) was named High Security Channel Partner of the Year. The category reflected work in complex and tightly regulated environments.

The business also highlighted achievements in operations. The Gallagher Operations Champions awards went to Gemma Napier of Atexa and Alan Davis of Securitas.
Gallagher presented Matt Page Awards to Ioannis Toumpis of Securewais and Martin Jansson of Avarn. The award commemorates the late Gallagher leader Matt Page. It recognises individuals who reflect his approach to partnership and delivery.
The company also recognised several partners for long-standing relationships. The Long Service Awards spanned milestones of 10, 15, and 20 years.
Sovereign Fire & Security received a Long Service Award for 10 years as a Gallagher partner. Littlewood Fencing was recognised for 15 years.
RHI Industrials marked 20 years as a partner. Reliance High-Tech also received a 20-year Long Service Award.
Partner focus
The awards form part of Gallagher's strategy to reinforce its partner network across Europe. The company sells its integrated security solutions through a channel of regional specialists and integrators.
Workshops during the conference covered new products, integration options, and deployment practices. Channel partners shared feedback on customer requirements and regional market trends.
Gallagher executives used the event to outline priorities for 2026. The company referenced a growing portfolio of solutions across access control, perimeter, and site management.
Spencer Marshall, Executive Vice President - Europe, said the partner community had been central to Gallagher's performance this year.
"Our progress this year has been driven by the strength of our partnerships, and that strength is the foundation of our momentum for the year ahead. It's a privilege to work alongside such a dedicated channel, and we look forward to achieving even more together in 2026," said Marshall.
Gallagher said it now works with customers in 140 countries across sectors including government, defence, healthcare, transport, education, and commercial property. The company positions its channel partners as the primary interface with these customers.
The business stated that strong alignment with partners and a shared focus on innovation would shape its activity in Europe next year. It plans further investment in its solution set and in partner engagement programmes.
Planning for the 2026 Channel Partner Conference & Awards is under way. Gallagher expects a larger agenda and broader representation from its European channel network.
