Kaspersky enhances partner programme for MSSPs in 2024
Kaspersky has announced significant enhancements to its Partner Program for Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) partners.
These enhancements are part of Kaspersky's ongoing effort to align its ecosystem with its various partners' business models and needs. In 2024, the company restructured its Partner Program into four key types: traditional resellers, system integrators, MSSPs, and technology partners. This restructuring aimed to simplify collaboration and enhance the partner experience, and Kaspersky continues those efforts into 2025 by refining the program to address evolving partner needs.
With a focus on Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), Kaspersky has introduced updates to its MANAGE program, which caters specifically to their requirements. The updated program includes an expanded rebate structure applicable to all subscription-based licensing models. Additionally, Kaspersky offers non-monetary benefits through its new Solution Advisory Services. These services are designed to enhance MSSPs' delivery capabilities.
A key component of these enhancements is the introduction of personalised Solution Advisory Sessions. Regional experts from Kaspersky conduct these sessions and guide on optimising the use of Kaspersky products in security services. They cover product capabilities, performance limitations, and integration strategies, equipping partners with critical insights to improve service delivery.
Moreover, Kaspersky is rolling out Solution Presales Support Sessions to assist partners in customer engagement. This initiative involves advisory support for presales activities such as demo sessions and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). The goal is to provide MSSPs with detailed knowledge and tools to present and effectively implement Kaspersky solutions in practice.
Partners interested in these Solution Advisory and Presales Support Sessions are encouraged to contact their local Kaspersky office. The local team will facilitate the sessions with the involvement of a regional engineer to support MSSPs in their efforts to enhance customer engagements.
Further enhancing the Partner Program, the Kaspersky United Partner Portal offers a broader range of resources. This includes technical documentation, deployment scenarios, design considerations, best practices, and configuration examples specifically tailored to support Managed Security Services.
Inna Nazarova, Head of Global Channel at Kaspersky, said, "By enhancing our Partner Program with a dedicated focus on MSSPs, we are reaffirming our commitment to our partners' success. We believe that by working closely with our partners, we can collectively drive stronger customer security outcomes in today's increasingly complex cyber landscape."
