Systal unveils AI platform to simplify hybrid IT environments

Fri, 10th Oct 2025

Systal Technology Solutions has announced Secure AI Manager (SAM), an agentic AI-powered platform designed to simplify management of multi-vendor, hybrid IT environments for enterprises.

SAM aims to address a longstanding issue in enterprise information technology: the challenge of managing complex, distributed IT landscapes without the need for costly transformation projects or reliance on numerous fragmented management tools.

IT complexity

Increasing digitalisation and evolving threat landscapes have placed growing pressure on IT teams to minimise downtime, manage costs, comply with regulations, and secure enterprise infrastructure. Many organisations are hindered by legacy systems, vendor silos, and disjointed tools, making comprehensive oversight and effective management difficult.

Systal said the Secure AI Manager seeks to provide a solution by consolidating monitoring and management functions into a single interface that operates across networks, cloud infrastructure, and security systems, regardless of vendor. The platform employs agentic artificial intelligence for autonomous monitoring, predictive analytics for early problem resolution, and continuous compliance automation with global standards and frameworks, including ISO and NIST.

Key features of SAM include interoperability with existing vendor systems, allowing enterprises to integrate the platform with their current IT stack through a plug-and-play approach. The predictive analytics capabilities are designed to resolve potential issues before they lead to operational downtime, while compliance automation removes the manual overhead of meeting regulatory requirements across various geographies and sectors.

Industry perspectives

Neil Nicolson, Chief Executive Officer at Systal, said that the platform is intended to provide value from the outset without requiring major structural changes for enterprise customers. He stated:

"We've always believed that managing large, complex environments shouldn't require transformation just to add value. SAM helps us deliver on that belief, providing immediate visibility of all assets, managing compliance, and equipping engineers with actionable insights from day one. It supports customers from the start of their transformation journey while allowing them to continue leveraging best-of-breed vendors in a multi-vendor setup as they upgrade."

Referring to scenarios where businesses grow organically or as a result of mergers and acquisitions, Nicolson noted SAM's capability to adapt:

"It's also built to scale, whether supporting organic growth or integrating operations post-M&A, even when merging day one environments differ significantly. Enterprises need a clearer, more reliable picture of their IT estate. SAM delivers that visibility while enhancing security, resilience, and compliance at scale. Early customer feedback has been extremely positive, and we're excited to roll it out globally."

According to Systal, the use of agentic AI in SAM enables the system to autonomously monitor and respond to changes or anomalies in the IT environment, reducing manual intervention and potentially lowering operational risks. The automation of compliance tasks across multiple regulatory frameworks is expected to benefit multinational enterprises navigating differing data protection and cybersecurity requirements.

Deployment and scope

The Secure AI Manager is designed to support enterprises operating in increasingly complex digital environments, where systems may be distributed across on-premises and cloud resources and supplied by multiple vendors. SAM's architecture enables it to plug into existing estates without the need for disruptive migrations or restructuring, allowing IT teams to maintain operational continuity while gaining enhanced visibility and control.

Systal stated that the platform is now available to customers globally, targeting organisations seeking to unify their approach to IT operations, risk management, and regulatory compliance within a single platform.
