Westcon-Comstor partners with AppViewX to boost quantum security

Westcon-Comstor has entered into a new partnership with AppViewX, aimed at enhancing quantum security growth for their partners.

The agreement, which encompasses the UK, Benelux, and DACH markets, promises to offer partners and end-users improved crypto-agility by leveraging certificate lifecycle management automation and Public Key Infrastructure as-a-Service (PKIaaS).

Quantum security is projected to become a market worth USD $9.8 billion by 2030. This partnership is thus timely, providing Westcon-Comstor’s partners and their customers with the tools necessary to maintain security and compliance in increasingly complex digital landscapes.

AppViewX, headquartered in the US, collaborates closely with Westcon vendor F5 as a member of F5’s Technology Alliance Programme (TAP). F5 and AppViewX jointly promote solutions for enterprise application security and delivery, focusing on managing applications and ensuring cybersecurity across on-premises, cloud, and edge locations. This creates a robust framework to support a range of security needs in diverse digital environments.

The distribution agreement enables channel partners to utilise the AVX ONE platform in conjunction with other key products in the Westcon portfolio. This is facilitated through Westcon-Comstor’s 3D Lab, which provides partners with access to innovative, multi-vendor security solutions and testing facilities against specific use cases in a versatile virtual demo environment.

Comprehensive support and training are integral parts of the new agreement, ensuring that Westcon partners and end users can smoothly transition from deployment to ongoing maintenance. This support aims to foster the adoption of AppViewX solutions, enhancing the security and efficiency of application delivery infrastructures.
