Regine is the Continuous Improvement and Communications Lead at TechDay, where she helps the business run better every day. She manages internal and external communications, turning feedback, issues, and insights into clear learnings and structured updates that improve how the team operates. Her scope of work helps reduce repeated mistakes and remove bottlenecks. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her six cats (for now) and playing the ukulele.
