Axiologik boosts headcount by a third as demand rises

Axiologik has increased its headcount by one third in 2026, as the Leeds digital consultancy marks its 10th year.
The recruitment drive included nine hires in August and expanded teams across architecture, delivery, product, engineering and AI, service operations, and cyber resilience. Demand for digital transformation, AI, and cyber resilience work drove the increase.
The staff growth follows what Axiologik described as its strongest period of expansion to date. Revenue has risen by 50% over the past three years.
Its client list this year has included BNP Paribas, TPT Retirement Solutions, Zenith, the Bank of England, and Genomics England. It has also continued work with existing public sector clients, including the NHS and the Home Office.
New services
This year, Axiologik also introduced two assessment services: one focused on cyber resilience and the other on AI readiness. The cyber resilience offer followed a 600% increase in cyber consulting work in 2025 compared with 2024.
The AI readiness assessment is aimed at organisations looking to improve returns on AI spending and reduce the risk of projects stalling or falling short of expectations. Axiologik linked its latest recruitment to wider changes in digital job roles and workflows as AI adoption spreads.
Industry forecasts point to sustained demand for digital skills. Data from Skills England and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology projects a 27% increase in demand across the digital and technology sector by 2035, equivalent to 239,000 new jobs across 30 priority occupations.
That backdrop has supported hiring across consultancies serving both government and commercial clients, particularly in areas linked to system modernisation, data use, and security. Axiologik said its recent work reflects that mix, spanning financial services, healthcare, government, and scientific organisations.
Ben Davison, Director and Co-founder at Axiologik, said: "The key to our success over the past 10 years has been our ability to lead change delivery in complex environments, where we're recognised as experts, and our commitment to using technology as a force for good, which is also reflected in our B Corp certification."
Davison pointed to several large public sector programmes delivered by the consultancy. "We're proud to have contributed to crucial national-scale programmes, such as the NHS Cervical Screening Management System, which serves 16 million people and helps prevent 5,000 deaths annually. We have also been at the forefront of launching new services that support Border Force, Immigration Enforcement, and UK Visas & Immigration at the Home Office."
He also set out the company's next focus. "As we enter our second decade, we're continuing to invest in our people and capabilities to meet the rapidly changing needs of organisations across both the public and private sectors."
The expansion has also increased Axiologik's capacity to support clients through multiple stages of digital change. Its teams are working across technology strategy, delivery and operational resilience as organisations respond to changing regulatory and technology requirements.
The consultancy said its broader capabilities allow it to combine specialist expertise with delivery experience on complex programmes. The company's 10th anniversary comes as organisations continue to reassess how technology, AI and cybersecurity can support longer-term business and public service objectives. Axiologik expects investment in its people and services to remain central to its growth as it enters its second decade.
