Exclusive Networks launches ServiceNow unit across region

Exclusive Networks has launched a dedicated ServiceNow business across Europe and the Middle East, following a strategic agreement the companies reached in July.
The new unit is designed to support partners across the ServiceNow ecosystem, with a focus on cybersecurity. Exclusive Networks has invested in specialist staff, partner support and customer success resources to build the operation.
Operations are now live across the region. Exclusive Networks is also expanding its specialist team in Ireland and plans to open a new office there in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The launch marks a deeper push by Exclusive Networks into the market around ServiceNow's AI Platform. It aims to support existing ServiceNow partners as they expand their cybersecurity work, while also helping its own partners develop offerings linked to ServiceNow AI Control Tower.
That puts the business at the intersection of two areas attracting increased investment from corporate buyers: cybersecurity and AI management. Companies are dealing with a growing number of connected systems, cloud services and AI tools, while security teams are under pressure to understand what is running across their organisations and respond more quickly to risks.
The new business is intended to help partners address those demands across local markets in Europe and the Middle East. It combines regional reach with specialist cybersecurity vendors and partner support focused on deployment, adoption and customer retention.
Regional build-out
Exclusive Networks has a broad international footprint, with offices in more than 50 countries and the ability to serve customers in more than 170. That existing distribution and services network gives it a base from which to build the ServiceNow-focused operation.
According to Exclusive Networks, the new unit is meant to move partners beyond single technology deployments and towards a longer-term role in customer security workflows. That includes helping customers prioritise risk and coordinate remediation across different systems and teams.
Claudette Atkinson, Global General Manager - ServiceNow at Exclusive Networks, said: "We have moved from agreement to execution at pace. In a matter of months, we have built a dedicated business that is operational and ready to support partners across Europe and the Middle East, focused firmly on the cybersecurity opportunity."
Atkinson added: "This is a clear investment in the ServiceNow ecosystem and in the specialist capability partners need to grow within it. By bringing the ServiceNow AI Platform together with our cybersecurity expertise, vendor ecosystem and local market knowledge, we can help partners connect security insight with the people, processes and workflows required to act."
She said the company wants to stay involved across the wider customer relationship, rather than only at the point of installation. "Our ambition is to help partners move from product delivery towards outcome delivery. That means supporting them beyond the initial technology deployment, staying engaged throughout the customer lifecycle and helping turn adoption into long-term customer value," Atkinson said.
Partner focus
The tie-up gives ServiceNow another route into channel-led security work in Europe and the Middle East. For Exclusive Networks, it creates a larger role in connecting software platforms with specialist cybersecurity products and services sold through its partner base.
Michael Park, SVP of Global Partnerships and Channels at ServiceNow, said: "Security is where AI gets real. Customers don't need another tool, they need to know what's running in their enterprise, whether it's secure, and how to act on it fast. Exclusive Networks moved from agreement to a live business in a matter of months, exactly the speed the market is demanding right now."
Park added: "With the ServiceNow AI Control Tower, partners can govern and secure any AI, any model, and any stack. Exclusive Networks brings the specialist security ecosystem and local market reach to put those capabilities to work for customers across Europe and the Middle East. This is co-innovation turning into customer value."
