Obsidian Security achieves Snowflake technology validation
Obsidian Security has announced the completion of the Snowflake Ready Technology Validation and attainment of the Financial Services Industry Competency.
The Snowflake Ready Validation Program identifies partners whose integrations with Snowflake are technically validated by a third party, with a focus on optimisation in terms of functionality and performance best practices. Obsidian Security, known for its identity threat protection and security posture management for SaaS and PaaS applications, will enhance joint customers' ability to configure and secure their data within Snowflake, aiding compliance with standards such as NIST and the CIS Snowflake Foundations Benchmark.
The Snowflake Partner Network Competency Program evaluates partners on their dedication to creating customer impact across the data cloud ecosystem. Obsidian Security offers protection for SaaS and PaaS applications against identity threats and the risks associated with third-party integrations, including those involving AI. This protection includes securing data transfers between SaaS applications and automating SaaS security posture management and compliance. As a Snowflake Premier Partner, Obsidian Security facilitates increased adoption of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud by shared customers.
